“Wow. I cannot say enough good about these people. I was in Floyd for a few days when the jeep started flashing all sorts of scary lights and messages. At night, of course. I called the next morning and the Service Director, Sean, got me right in. Dale, the service advisor, explained what he thought the issue was and later confirmed he was right. He explained the problem clearly and even showed me the part that needed to be replaced. They were able to fix the problem and get me on my way in less than an hour. The most incredible customer service I’ve ever experienced. And kindness - I was a bit stressed coming in and Mary Ellen the cashier was very gracious and kind. And in contrast to other experiences I’ve had, check out took less than two minutes. I cannot say enough about the amazing service this dealership and its staff provided. I am so glad the Jeep lost its mind in Floyd so these good people could take care of her!”
