I met the sweetest most helpful worker at fishersville. Trying to get package mailed back for a return. We talked about different ways to mail and what was best for me. The frustration of ordering things you receive wrong size wrong color. She understood me as she is the QVC queen. Actually I met her eariler. She told me to come back and she was just doing her job, and let me say she does it well. What a great person. They all are and seem to work ❤️ together. What a nice PO Fishersville.

Never get my mail on time anymore! Days pass by, most mail never arrives!

Post office states it closes at 11am on Saturday but doors were locked at 10:55am. This has to be the worst post office for customer service. Prefer to drive to Staunton or Waynesboro than go to the one closest to my house

Larissa there is the most friendly USPS service member I have yet to meet! She made a routine errand I had to run such an enjoyable experience. They’re whole team there is great and clearly work very well together. Will look forward to anytime I need to visit USPS again!

I’m so thankful that I live in Fishersville and have the best people working at our post office. What they lack in location size they make up for friendliness and exceptional customer service. Pam and Larissa are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly to everyone that comes in the front door. Our mail carrier, Ryan, is outstanding. He knows that my daughter watches for the mail truck daily and glances in the front window to see if she’s there waving at him and returns the wave in kind. You wouldn’t have this type of experience in a larger city and I just wanted to highlight how lucky we are to have these people serving our area!

Witnessed the postmaster of This place say to a woman who has about 8 packages, already boxed and addressed, “No! You can’t mail that today. I close is 10 min and you have to come back later!” This person said’ but I’m a nurse and I don’t get iff work until just before you close.’ The postmaster was rude a dismissive and needs to be fired
