“Jim, Judy and the team at Shenandoah Valley Diesel are top notch. I was passing through the area when I had a breakdown. I was five hours from home and needed some help. I called Jim and he was more than willing to fit me in immediately even though his shop was very busy at the time. He and his team diagnosed and corrected the issues with my truck and in less than 6 hours had me back on the road. While I was there the team was very cordial and helpful. The only thing I am unhappy about is that this shop is so far from my home. You cannot go wrong trusting your diesel with this shop.”

“R & M Automotive addressed a window leak that other auto shops had not been able to fix. They took the time and made special efforts to identify the source of the leak (a crack in the driver side window) and replaced the window in a timely fashion. They also provided a great recommendation of B & B Complete Car Cleaning, who took great care in cleaning up the interior. And the price of R & M’s work was very fair. I highly recommend R & M Automotive!”
“On a road trip from KY to Canada and had a tire losing air. Went to 2 other tire shops that said nothing wrong with it. Rolled in here on my spare and these guys were great. They actually looked my tire over. Never found a leak on the tire itself but diagnosed two issues it could be and corrected those. Still holding air so I'm happy. Thanks!!!”

“This place is absolutely a good send. My needle valve in my tire completely shot out while I was putting air in my tire so I came straight here and Cody at the front desk helped me tremendously. They fixed my tire to where I could take my step son home and not worry. Thank y'all so much I will definitely be a life long customer and refer EVERYONE to come to y'all.”
