Don’t count on getting your materials on time. It’s so bad it would be easier to go to them and pick it up yourself… except that wasn’t. Kept my guys held up there all damn day waiting for them to do internal approvals for us to get our own damn materials. Customer service was not existent as I was on hold the entire time (46 minutes). When you do get to talk to someone all they do is give you run around the mill vague answers. USE A DIFFERENT SHIPPING COMPANY

Not understanding all the stellar reviews for this firm. They are super expensive and i have had repeated problems with them losing shipments. So expensive plus failed delivery is no bueno. And their customer service does not seem to care that they have lost 10s of thousands of dollars in material because they are bad at their job. Find a different LTL if you can. Don't rely on ODFL.
