I brought my truck to the automatic no touch wash. When I pulled it, the wash malfunctioned and stayed in one spot and would not move. I left, used the regular manual wash, and called the number that was provided to report issues. The gentleman quickly returned my call. He advised he had came up to fix whatever the issue was and also offered to provide a refund.
I expected to receive a refund for the 8 or 10 dollars that I had paid for the automatic wash. Instead, he refunded me the entire cost of the automatic wash and what I spent on the manual wash.
I'm happy with the customer service that I received. These folks seem honest and like they're willing to take care of their customers. I'll return for that reason alone.

Price has gotten to much just the drive your car in and wash it, hate to say that the bigger car washes that have came to the area and doing great as of now. Story on them to continue to see what and how they remain.

Vacuums (used 2) suction is lacking. Time isn't very long, was truly a waste of time and money. One of the change machines gladly took the money but didn't dispense change. Disappointing

It was $2 to get your car washed it ended up costing me $5 because it took a dollar 75 and then wouldn't accept the last quarter so I kept putting quarters in because somebody else would have got my car wash anyway doesn't happen very often haven't been able to catch up with the man that operates to tell him besides that works pretty good

I love this place it's the only one worth the time and money?I just have a small problem with the automatic touchless car wash I feel like it doesn't get hard road stains off and dry time could be a tad bit longer... but it's an amazing car wash I wish they had like a membership or something I see alot of higher price cars going here regularly
