Really sick of the racial profiling. I'm a Dasher and anytime I'm in the store there's always an employee standing only next to me as I'm checking out. I hate this store. I've never stolen anything from anywhere in my life and I wouldn't start at this late stage in my life. The sad part is that I really like the layout of the store and I'd love to do my personal shopping here but you'll never see a penny of my earnings because of the way you treat me when I enter your doors when I'm working.

Excellent location for anyone going between Staunton and Waynesboro. Well stocked for a smaller grocery store. It has always been very clean when I have visited. A nice Food Lion.

This store is great. The manager is outstanding and when you see a manager stacking/straightening up shelves, running register that says a lot. The staff is great and you have a manager that leads by example. The only thing I have noticed is when the manager is off there are a lot of staff standing around just talking. The meat dept is great especially Joe, he goes out of his way to help a customer and answer questions. Produce is excellent, as is dairy. I really like the fact that "disabled" people are given a chance and learn. This store is absolutely tops!

This is my home store and I stop by there usually once a day but here recently the 2nd shift manager has began to make me feel uncomfortable. Even has his employees watch me as if I'm a thief! Racial ! Have to find me another store to shop.

I used to Intern at this particle Food Lion with Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center back in 202. Which is crazy to me its been three years since I last Interned there and my absolute experience there was amazing. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always gave me advice on what to improve more on. I do not know if these particle people are still working there, but a huge shoutout to Ashely(grocery lead stocker), Lisa( grocery stocker), and Andre( Assistant Store Manager) you all have been extremely helpful and kind when i interned there and i am forever grateful. Thank you so much again for taking a lot of your time to help me and guide on grocery work. I really appreciate it. Good luck to you all in the future and beyond.
