This place is absolutely a good send. My needle valve in my tire completely shot out while I was putting air in my tire so I came straight here and Cody at the front desk helped me tremendously. They fixed my tire to where I could take my step son home and not worry. Thank y'all so much I will definitely be a life long customer and refer EVERYONE to come to y'all.

Avoid this place at all costs. Be aware they do not honor the warranties on the tires they sell. Ever since Eaver’s sold out to tire discounters this place went to crap. I bought tires here 18 months ago (30k on the tires) and one of my front tires started chunking. I came in to get it looked at and the manager, Ryan, assured me it was an alignment issue and scheduled the alignment 3 days later. I came back in and they looked at the alignment and said that the alignment was good and stated I wasn’t rotating them often enough. I assured him I got them rotated every 5k miles at every oil change and asked why the warranty on the tires wouldn’t cover this. That’s when Ryan, the manager no less, started getting an attitude and said they had no record of the rotations so I was out of luck. Wonderful customer service.
The guys that used to work at Eavers when it was worth a damn are all at United Tire in Stuart’s Draft now. I will be taking my business there, but any place is better than here!

These guys have more integrity and professionalism than any automotive service place I've ever been to. I've had them work on my tires, my brakes, and a broken windshield (via a third party). They made it easy from start to finish, keeping me updated on my vehicle and even helping with communication to the windshield company. On the phone, via text message, in person--it didn't matter, I got the same care and attention no matter how we communicated. If they did body work I'd never take my car anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUT VEHICLE HERE. THEY DIDNT PUT ENOUGH TRANSMISSION FLUID OR COOLANT IN MY ÇAR. THEY DIDNT RECHATGE MY AC AFTER THEY WERE DONE. When I called them they told me the ac never worked. Then told me the WRONG car. They didn't even know what car I was talking about. $1550 worth of work and it was worse than what Walmart does. The car is worse now than it was before.

I had an appointment both times.
Tried to make an appointment for the state-inspection & was told something nonsensical about two weeks wait

If it were possible to give lower stars I would. Brakes didn't last a year. When I did it MYSELF, I noticed one of the slider pins was stuck. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned and greased since the last time the breaks were done. Any YouTube video will show you that this pin MUST be checked and if it is not operating properly, cleaned and greased. This is just ONE of the crucial steps that the tech at Eavers failed to do. They also broke a bolt and did not set up my parking brake properly. Terrible service! I hope people filter on latest reviews because this place IS terrible. Please take your car somewhere else. There are so many more reputable mechanics in this area.
UPDATE (6/30/24)
I spoke with a manager at this location. They said if I had not made the repairs myself they would have taken care of it for me. Why would I trust them to do something they failed at 3 times??!! So, for the ~$700 worth of poor parts and poor workmanship I got a very sincere apology. Please keep in mind that if/when you go here and they do not meet your expectations, you will at least get an apology.... which all said and done, cost me over $1,000...

Update since being sold this place has become terrible to visit …….. slow at best service 4 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation ……update 6-27-24 3+ hours for a simple tire leak they “fixed” 4 days ago and it’s still leaking

I got my brakes done here along with another family member and their car. First off, my brakes were installed seemingly ok. However, my mother’s brakes were not installed completely at all. She drove home and sounded like every time she went over the smallest bump something was hanging on and clanking around on the back left wheel. She got me in the car and was asking me if that sounded normal. It definitely did not. She took it back to Eavers the next day and turns out they did not fully reinstall the brakes in the back left wheel. Ridiculous. Fast-forward a year and a half, less than 10,000 miles more on each car, and it sounds like our brakes are driving with gravel in between them. Loud and terrible sounding when applying the brakes. We had both got new rotors and brake pads. Her car is so bad you can hear the brakes grinding while driving and not even applying the brakes. The work done here is ridiculous. The service is ridiculous. Do not come here. They put terrible parts on your car and they do not even install it all the way. I took my car to a different mechanic, he asked me how much I paid for the brakes. I told him. He said, these are probably the lowest quality brakes he has seen. Then I told him the price. He just winced. Don’t come here.

Took our vehicle there today for a basic brake change at 7:05am and was the 5th ticket in. Checked on the vehicle at 3pm and was told it hadnt even been touched and there was no real reason why, went back at 4:55pm 5 mins before closing and my key was handed to me, still no work done.

Made an 8 am appointment to check 1 tire for a slow leak. It’s 10:48 am and it was just placed on the lift. No one came to me to let me know it will be awhile. Not happy.

The work done was fine, and done at the price quoted, prices were fair, but the customer service was severely lacking. It appears they are making promises that are difficult to keep as far as timeliness. Do not wait in store for service, drop it off and pick it up. I waited in the store for 6.5 hours without anyone ever telling me it was going to keep taking longer. Never once did anyone say "this could take several hours, you should probably come back". Never gave me an update. The phone was ringing the whole time I was there, never heard it get answered. After 1pm there was 1 person sort of working the counter, but people came in and waited as long as 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged their presence.
