The worst power company in Virginia. They do not care about their customers . They are spiteful , unprofessional women in their main office. Their billing department makes dramatic mistakes in their favor, of course. And it's impossible to straighten out their errors. Major problems communicating internally and with customers as well. Dominion Energy has caused my little girl and I to have our lives to be unstable and caused detrimental occurrences more than once. If you have a choice of power company, I don't recommend Dominion power. Energy assistance is only to give them money because they won't approve anyone's application for assistance, and IF they actually have, then you must do the calculations yourself to see that they do not apply any credits /assistance to your account. You will still pay for everything PLUS some extras in the end. They also do not recognize all payments that have been made on your account in all the departments that you may be transferred to after a 2-hour wait on hold via phone call. There is no local building in our area that you can actually go to resolve an issue or make your payment. Less than one star review from me .. invest elsewhere. Where the office staff knows how to communicate and the billing department actually knows how to honest and accurate billing

I am beyond frustrated! Starting this past April payments are being made to my account several times a month and returned. I have spoken to at least 15 people and can get no help. These payments are made by phone, I make mine online. With each return there are fees. They tell me to talk to my bank. My bank is not returning the payments…I am not making the payments. I asked that they set up a new account, they say they can’t. All the while I have no idea what my true balance is. I feel as if I have no choice but to get a lawyer involved. I am sure I will get a reply to this telling me to call the same number that always leads me no where! I need help!!!!!

Dominion Energy replaced a pole on Main Street in Waynesboro last week. They parked their heavy equipment on MY LAWN instead of on the street. They rutted the yard, threw dirt, and left. I spent 4 years getting my lawn in good shape and they did this!

Their customer service is phenomenal! I spoke with April and Natasha. They have excellent people skills and were both an absolute pleasure.Had service in my apartment over two years with only one outage that lasted a few hours. No complaints!

They don't even deserve one star charged me $12.17 for stopping payment on a check and paying my bill online. I'll never give such a money hungry business that takes advantage of the down and out a good rating they suck

Dreadful. Power outages routine thr the year. The infrastructure is fragile, underinvested. The service is unpredictable and progress reports and estimates fictional and often irresponsible.
