Only a select few are nice and understanding, the rest are extremely rude and clearly judgmental. The eye rolling and short response isn’t as discreet as they may seem to think.

When I was at WWRC for their computer repair program, I noticed that Augusta Health Pharmacy botched up my date of birth on my prescriptions a couple of times. I called Augusta Health Pharmacy the Thursday preceding Memorial Day 2017 to tell them my correct date of birth, and had to call Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield to remedy this a couple of months later, and Anthem called Augusta Health with my concerns. They were prompt to fix this. However, I had another insurance snafu with Aetna Better Health of Virginia and Anthem so I had to call Aetna Better Health to straighten out the kerfuffle with my insurance. They filled my prescriptions within 24 hours. Jan and Amber deserve raises for helping me get in contact with Brandon, the pharmacist at WWRC for filling my Celexa prescriptions when I was going to be out of my Celexa.

Depending on who you speak to is the service you will get. Half the staff is wonderful and courteous and the other is rude and judgmental. Seems to always go that way with Augusta health. When I find another pharmacy that is quick with their fills I will be sure to switch. The response asking to speak to patient relations only goes but so far. Been there and done that. Thank you to those who do treat their patients well!
