I went to Cahoon’s on the day of my son’s homecoming dance (at the last minute). I asked them if they could possibly fix the wrist corsage I had purchased from another florist that had done a less than stellar job with it. The staff were so friendly and helpful! They worked on the corsage for me and the final product was absolutely beautiful! They even transferred it into a pretty little box for me! I will never stray again! I’ll be a lifelong customer! Thank you, Cahoon’s Florist.

I don't live in Botetourt anymore but order for special occasions for my family and the flowers are always gorgeous, arrive on time and the online ordering is easy! I appreciate knowing they will get a beautiful bouquet every time. Thank you to everyone at Cahoon's!!

Edited to add: the owners responded and said they did try to call about this specific order described below. I’m very glad! Although I didn’t receive any calls, maybe they called our office instead of my phone by accident or maybe my phone sent it straight to voicemail since it was an unknown number. Either way, I’m glad they clarified and I would be open to using them again in the future.Very expensive for less than great quality. I’ve used them several times for different occasions (birthday arrangement, flowers for a big event, etc) and every time I’m disappointed with the flowers and with the interactions with the people running the shop. One time I wanted to order an expensive, extensive order of specific flowers and they said they would look into it and let me know if they could do it. I never heard back from them, so I went ahead and picked up flowers from somewhere else. Then I got a bill from them demanding payment. I went ahead and paid it, but it was overwhelmingly frustrated that I was never contacted about the order being available or ready and I never got to have the items that they made me pay for.

I can never say enough good things about Karen and her crew. I live out of state and I have used them for several weddings, special occasions and funerals. She never lets me down on the quality and price of her work. Always grateful for their services.

Cahoon's Florist is a wonderful florist! I have used them several times and have been very pleased with their product and service! The owner has went above and beyond to make sure each arrangement I have ordered is what I ordered and the recipient was pleased! Thanks again!!

I wanted to send my grandsons a little something extra for their birthdays. Being that I live 700 miles away I had to find someone who could help. Calhoon's was fantastic. A simple phone call solved everything and it'll be delivered when I needed it, instead of getting scheduled for 10 days later like another company's website had available. Great people!

Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday and she was absolutely THRILLED by the arrangement Hannah made for her. They lasted more than a week and transformed into a whole new bouquet 5 days after they arrived when the lilies opened up. THANK YOU!

Both family and my adopted family have been using this florist office since I was in middle school to send flowers to friends and loved ones locally. Both for fun occasions like Valentine's Day and birthdays but also for less happy occasions like funerals. They make beautiful small arrangements and deliver them on time. I used to get small flower arrangements while in high school delivered to JRHS will small animals, chocolates and balloons with carnations and roses. So cute. They've been open for a long time and have been serving the local area well. I have never used them for a large event like a wedding or anything of that nature so I can't commend on that.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this florist. The person on the phone was extremely rude , the flowers after one day were wilting and dying. After returning the arrangement they did fix them but were none to pleasant. Will not use them again or reccomend.

Definitely don't recommend going here for corsages and boutonnières! I was very specific on what I wanted done with colors and sizes and the pieces I wanted added to the corsage and boutonnière. I showed the employee who helped me a picture I liked of a corsage and one of a boutonnière, I even sent these pictures to the lady so she should have been able to reference them when making the pieces. She took notes on what I wanted and confirmed that she received the pictures I sent of the pieces I liked. Two days later my mom went and picked up the pieces and when she brought them home they were not at all what they should've looked like. Both pieces included purple baby's breath when I said nothing about wanting purple. I asked specifically for baby pink flowers with navy blue ribbon and instead I paid $28 dollars for a purple pink and navy blue corsage with some kind of pine needles in it for a September homecoming. On top of that the corsage was not at all secure to the wristband and flopped around on my arm all night :/ I am giving this florist one star because the employee disregarded what I asked for, I was unhappy with what I received especially for the price, and the corsage was so poorly made I ended up taking it off since it flopped around way too much.
