Terrible customer service, tall gray haired cashier extremely rude, made sure to watch the camera when certain people left. Wouldn’t offer bathroom key even after requested and spent $40 in store. What a joke.Update: Called BP Customer Service, the response from the owner is completely against BP policies and services according to customer service. The company BP has escalated the situation. 1/5 stars.

Stopped here to get gas and went inside to use the bathroom. Desk attendant seemed aggravated that I asked if they had a restroom. She rolled her eyes and said straight back. The bathroom has a sign “for paying customers only”. Door is locked so I assumed someone was in it. I waited for a bit and then the attendant told me where the key was. The bathroom was not clean and had no soap or paper towels. Will go out of my way not to stop at this store in the future.

The lady that works in this location needs to find another job if she hates her life that much. I drive by this place everyday and will never spend another cent in there. Rude lady as she is very disrespectful and makes you feel very uncomfortable even being around her. Drive by and go down the street, there are other stores

The woman working now 6pm is rude and acts like it is an inconvenience to be getting lottery tickets or even be there this is not the first time this has happened with her it's ridiculous if you don't like your job find one you do
