Love the Ferrum college campus store. Excellent quality merchandise. Love all of the new options of gear to choose from. Always clean and neat.

Staff is always busy and have no time to help customers due to the building being understaffed.

Bookstore is good. Coffee nit very hot and you pour your own, i think tjey should pour the first one, then refills are for the pumps. Bookstore has improved over the years.
