Easy access. They replace your card that day if the bank is open. They give you transactional updates as you use your card so that you always know what your account is doing. Very safe very reasonable people.

I like Woodforest as my bank because the workers are friendly and willing to work with you in any way possible. However, in changing the hours from 9-am to 6-pm Monday thru Thursday is convenient but not so convenient because I have to rush to get to them, but otherwise they're great.
