Absolutely terrible check out experience. Do not come to this Walmart unless you want to wait in line, get in each other's way, and generally waste your time while being frustrated. Paying them should be the easiest process like it was before the Re-model. Instead, I will take my business elsewhere.

Still trying to get used to where everything is in the store since it's remodeling thus making my trips a tad longer than usual. Nonetheless, store looks great.
Still need to work on having more checkout lanes open... I know self check out seems to be the lanes of the future but it doesn't help when you have over 200 to 300+ people in the store and only a few of the self check out lanes open. In addition, some of us old-fashioned persons like myself prefer an actual human cashier for check out so please consider having more of those lines open as well, instead of just the 3 I noticed on my visit today

Yall I met the sweetest lady today. Mrs. Gillespie rendered A+ customer service. She really loves her job. That's becoming harder to find nowadays. How refreshing! ? Walmart please value these employees.

This walmart really need to step there game up....My husband paid for 5 items that was left at the store and I called customer service and they said it was there not even 15 mins prior to my husband getting home sent my granddaughter to get it and they told her they had put it back (but it was paid for) they do not give you a chance to come back and get it.. They believe in doing this, it is not the first time....STEP YOUR GAME UP PLEASE!!!!!

First you want me to work for free by checking myself out and bagging. And then you want to waste my time by stopping me to check everything. How about instead of paying people to stand around, you put them on registers and not waste my time. Immediately returned everything and not going back.

15 employees standing around staring at their phones and not one of them can help you at the jewelry counter or find someone that will. Too bad you can't give zero or negative stars. This store has always been a POS and probably ALWAYS WILL BE.
