Our experience was decent. We needed to upgrade some phones. My only disappointment was not being given specific number about the taxes and “pro set up.” Justin and Alexis were both very helpful and friendly.

Ready for an upgrade. It was seamless and she saved me money too. Unfortunately, FED EX lost my package and after horrendous customer service with FED EX, Alexus and Justin bent over backwards to get my account freed so I could reorder the phone.
