I came in to purchase a phone and switch carriers. I told the sales representative what I was looking for an type of plan that I wanted. The sales representative was nice but not helpful at all!! My advice, deal with a representative in the front.(not the last desk) I went for a day and a half with a useless phone, probably would have been longer if I hadn't called my previous carrier an spend a hour on the phone with them. Just a bad experience.....

Came in looking for a new phone and was helped by Shaquita Jordon—she was amazing! I don’t know what you guys are paying her, but whatever it is, you should double it.
I’ve had negative phone-buying experiences in the past, where the salesperson was clearly trying to make the most out of their commission and pushing the most expensive items, even after being told no. Shaquita was not like that at ALL, and actually asked upfront what our budget was before recommending the phone she thought was best. She even picked out the most budget-friendly but effective case without any prompting… she knew her customer and really anticipated our wants and needs.
Lastly, Shaquita was such a pleasure to talk to. Getting everything switched over to a new phone is a bit of a process, so you have time to talk to the person helping you. She was a genuinely fun conversationalist, and I really enjoyed what would otherwise have been a chore if we didn’t have such a pleasant person to talk to through the process. I would for sure be her friend in real life!
The other woman working also seemed to be a very helpful and positive person, although unfortunately I did not get her name. She had a banging playlist queued up that took me back to the 90s moments I remember fondly, and appeared to be very patient while helping other customers.
Overall a great experience at this US Cellular store and I would definitely recommend this place to friends, even if they had to drive a little farther to go to this one versus another location.

The man who waited on us sent us on a wild goose chase for nothing. He wanted to clock out early so I guess him ACTUALLY listening to my mother would have interfered with his plans. He told us our internet router was slow because of the cord - according to the customer service number we called that was not true. The store employee told us to go to Walmart to get the cord. It wasn’t at US Cellular or Walmart anyway. In fact, the representative on the phone told us that lazy bones should not have sent us out because the problem could have been fixed there. He was lazy and a liar! It’s always been that way at that particular store and today I was not in the mood to let it go.

Slow store, slow service they will say hello but then ignore you... paying your bill is like pulling teeth with a outdated computer system but store steadily updated. Worst phone service I ever had! Would recommend no phone!

US Cellular has THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I fully regret signing up with them. Everyone that I know who has them constantly drops calls. My husband and I use our phones for business calls and drop calls constantly. Sometimes we just randomly have NO SERVICE AT ALL. If they aren't going to hold up their end of the deal and provide the service they promised, then they should let people out of their contracts at no cost. I would actually prefer to give them NO STARS.

The time waiting to been seen Is way too long. I went there to gall to someone about my phone service & waited almost a hour to be seen. My phone service is horrible everywhere & even in the store itself. I showed the representative Erica who by the way is Amazing & very helpful & professional. She credit my account $5. That was all she could do. They have to do better. How does your cell phone not work in the cell phone store itself smh?
