“I was nervous about taking my car in for inspection, mostly because my car costs me more money in repairs than I purchased it for, but also because of COVID. Bailey's is my go-to though, and I was more than impressed with their protocol: only one customer in the office at a time, masks at all times, the receptionists wiped down every door, counter, and seat after it had been touched, AND I must have seen each mechanic wash his hands at least 3 times in the hour or so that I was there. It's great knowing Bailey cares about their staff, customers, cars, and community. Way to go!”
