If I could this place 0 stars I would. My experience was below subpar. It felt like I was an inconvenience, it was pretty empty and one person was getting their nails done. The price was fine until she forced herself a tip and wouldn't take my card. I was forced to take money out of the atm and had to pay a surcharge. Then the lady seemed to have attitude the whole time. She didn't lotion or oil my feet. My nails were not to my liking and I spent 30 minutes under the dryer. Because I wasn't getting gel She painted my nails at the drying station while it was running and shaking using the nail dryer can as a prop up for my arm to paint my nails. 1st and last time ever using this establishment. Crazy thing is I'm in Farmville 3x a week for work. NEVER AGAIN

The place is not for everyone. I really like the results of my nails when I went, but they do not have good customer service. They come very close to being rude sometimes and will barely talk to you or look at you. And sometimes it can even feel like they're judging you. However it's not easy to find a good nail shop in Farmville and in my opinion, they're a great alternative if you don't want to go to someone's in-home salon.

The technician that I got was horribly rude and angry. This was the most unusual experience I have ever had at any establishment. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be insulted.Services: Polish removal

Traveling nurse working out of town. Asked the locals where to go and been coming here since March. Love it! They do a very nice job.... Absolutely love this dip color! Can last me three weeks!

I love going here. Usually Mimi does my nails but the other ladies have done them too and they all always do a great job. I always get compliments on my nails and have never had one break. They also do great pedicures and really take their time and my feet feel and look great. They get really busy but they always manage to get me in. They do want to paid in cash and they have an ATM inside that charges a small fee. Highly recommend this place ?Services: Acrylic nails

I don’t usually post reviews, but this time felt the need to. Went in for gel fill in. Received unprofessional service as a first time customer. Notably, I wasn’t treated in the way other customers in the shop were. The finished product, was not to my standards. Additionally, while there another customer was refused service and asked to leave. Shocking!!!Service: Manicures

This is the first time I've ever complained about this salon!!! I guess making an appointment isn't really needed! I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. After 10 minutes after my appointment I was told that I had to wait an additional hour to be serviced because they were busy??♀️. What's the need of making an appointment if you have to wait an additional hour to be serviced? ✌?

This is a great place to go for nails and other services. They take walk ins, but I always make an appointment so I don’t have a long wait. I recommend an appointment if you can, I have witnessed people come in and expect to be serviced within minutes even though the technician has someone coming in soon.I go in several times a month and I am shocked at how many rude people come in there, and the way they treat the lady’s who are working. If you have had your nails done before you know how it works, and how long it takes, plan ahead lady’s!Stop at your bank first, if you do not want to use their ATM, they do prefer cash and that’s their choice, it is posted at the salon.Great place, they do an amazing job!Services: Dip powder

After arriving right on time for my appointment for 3 people for mani/pedi’s, it was clear our appointment was given away. We were treated as an imposition the entire time. The real issue happened after we received our sub par manicures and pedicures. (No instruments were sanitized or even cleaned in between use, nor did they even apply a topcoat to our polish).As we were checking out, we were told it was cash only. There are signs on the door indicating they take credit cards, and more importantly a sign on the register saying a $10 minimum charge for credit cards. We were forced to take money out of the ATM in the salon as they did not want to pay tax on our $150 charge. What I think (hope) she meant was the credit card fee. I informed her that this was an illegal practice and she got rather aggressive with me. I noted that we had to pay a fee at their sketchy ATM and she shrugged. We paid for our services, and left. Only sharing this as I would hate for others to get the same shake down.Services: Pedicure

Came in this location for a fill- in. Have an event to attend so wanted my nails a certain color but only for the weekend. Afterwards I was just gonna redo the polish color with my normal gel polish. To avoid paying the extra $15 just for the weekend I asked to have regular polish for this session. After completed I set under the fan. The tech came over and put the clear coat on. I sat there for an additional 15-20 minutes waiting for them to dry. After looking at them I noticed the clear coat made the hand design smudge. Had to redo the 4 nails that were designed. & Sit under the fan again. This time when the lady came over to put the clear coat I checked the nail afterwards and noticed it did the same exact thing. At this point it has been close to 2 hours and I explained that I had some where to be and didn’t have time for them to start over for the 3rd time to fix it. Figured just doing the gel would be quicker. They then charged me the additional money for the gel. Worst service I’ve EVER had in the 18 years that I’ve been getting my nails done. They couldn’t get it right, & wasted my time but still charged me for it ?Service: Nail art

I will not be ever returning to this place. I went to get my nails done before a trip and the way I was looked at made me feel quite uncomfortable.

I went to the salon. It was clean and they were timely. The elderly lady that did my services was horrible. She was so rough I almost got up during my services. I did not have a good experience at all. It was painful. I would not suggest this salon and l will never return.Services: Pedicures
