Called 5 times and finally reached an associate on the 5th try. Would leave three to four stars but the associate working did attempt to explain why I couldn’t get through. But then she proceeded to hang up with an attitude when I asked if I could order online.

There is a wonderful employee here named Mar’liah. I hope I have spelled that right. She has a beautiful smile and such a positive attitude. If I owned a business in the service industry, she would be an excellent employee to build my team around. I hope that Sheetz management knows how important she is to “we” the customers.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and mini hash browns..The breakfast sandwich was supposed to be a croissant, which it was not..the mini hash browns tasted horrible..as though they had been cooked with something else..I should have checked everything before I left, but I was on my way to work..Also, the person who placed my food on the counter, was rude..Lacked any kind of customer service..With an attitude like this, it's no wonder that WaWa, is getting more business!!

Worst customer service by Mark & Rico. Refused my license to buy cigarettes because I'm out of state. Terrible management do not go. Mark blamed it on their system not being able to scan it which a lady ealier did. Place is shady & employees are not trained at all. Tall gentlemen working the front @ 7:15pm on 10/30. All staff on duty needs to be retrained & system needs to be fixed. I will be going to Valero across the street for better gas & better customer service from now on.

The employees are nice. The number of people who pull up to the pump, leave their car, and go on a shopping spree is absolutely egregious. It's not super busy but it's also not a big location, or a big parking lot.

12:30 a.m. on 8/31/2024 ,typical busy Sheetz as it's basically the only place open for food in town, placed food order,waited 35 minutes due to no help, gentleman checking out patrons very polite, manager definitely left a lot to be desired, walked over bags in the floor numerous times, not pitching in to help move the patrons along and then proceed to finish paperwork, patrons asking for refunds and very upset with the very long wait time for food, store needs to be cleaned . The new Wawa can't open soon enough, the management at this Sheetz can't handle the amount of business.

Ordered delivery thru the app and didnt get my full order. Food is just thrown together with 0 quality control. Tried to call and the phone rung for 10 min with no answer. What a joke.
