Mattress on the king size bed was so worn out it had a large dip in the middle. The hotel was being renovated the entire 5 day stay. I had pre-booked and was not told this in advance.

I got this room cause I was here for work and it’s in the 100’s! It HOT!!!Guess what? The damn pool is empty and not able to be used.

Great and helpful staff…Should definitely work on making the lobby restroom open to hotel guests (not the public)
