I will never use another real estate agency, I’m so pleased with their service! Andrew was so attentive, and answered me right away when I had a question or concern. He always tried to negotiate the best deal for me and I felt like he really cared. Buying a house is a long and sometimes stressful process, so having someone competent in your corner really makes all the difference! Five stars!

Andrew and Wayne went above and beyond in helping me sell and move from my long time residence in Midlothian. The task of moving from a home of more than 30 years was not easy. I considered self listing but I’m so thankful I decided to list with Wayne and Andrew. Their help was priceless.

It has been my pleasure to know Wayne and Andrew for a number of years. When it came time to enlist the services of real estate agents, there was no question in my mind of whom to call. From start to finish they were always there helping arrange everything. The even brought me an offer on CHRISTMAS DAY. IMAGINE WORKING ON CHRISTMAS DAY. Wayne and Andrew were my neighbors for years. They are kind and caring people who contriubted greatly to making the neighorhood a wonderful place to live.
