Terrible! The worst. Every person they had a problem with the doctor's orders. Staff unfriendly, one person trying to do everything. Checked and took over an hour

I was extremely nervous how my son would do with getting his blood drawn. I was dreading wait times with a toddler, worried myself to death on how he would do, overall I convinced myself I was going to have a bad experience. Lanelle changed my mind!! She was super nice, super quick, super efficient, interacted with my son, was very professional. I could not have had a better experience. 10/10. Hardly a wait time, I made the apt online. Very convenient location for me. If she's eligible for a raise and even if she's not give it to her! She is worth keeping for sure. If my son or my family need a labcorp I'm going to her!

Walk in service was fast, the nurse was friendly and nice and it was comfortable and clean. It was easy to find and I would recommend.

Cici was so helpful and kind. She helped me figure out how to order a test that I needed online. Even though the lobby was full, she was kind, helpful and professional with everyone. It was like going to Grandma’s for care. The main reason I hate having my blood drain is the tourniquet, she tied mine over my sweater so it was comfy. I didn’t even have to ask. I also didn’t feel the needle. What a pro. What a genuinely lovely person. Give that gal a raise!

Nice and knowledgable employees. 5 stars for them! But it is not possible to call and talk to a human if you have a question. Their phone number goes to recordings that tell you to go on-line for the things you want. But if you have a question that needs a PERSON to answer -- you have to walk into the office. Super inconvenient.

It was a Friday morning visit for blood work. Three people were ahead of me. They were complaining about the wait time. They complained that only one person was there to do the job of two, or three. That one person (Ms. Christina) did an excellent job with her ability to keep things moving in a very smooth, timely fashion. Apparently this particular Labcorp is without permanent employees. Ms. Christina was a floater, who did a superb job with her "1 woman show". The five stars are not for Labcorp, they are for Ms Christina. If I could give her TEN stars, I would.

When I came in it was very busy and only one woman ( Tammy) was working both the front desk and the lab draw station. I was there for my 3 hour glucose test and within those 3 hours she saw 30+ patients alone, got to them in a quick timely fashion, and kept an amazing attitude the whole time. She didn't even get a lunch break (she took 5 mins and came back for my final draw) she was very caring and made my experience wonderful. LabCorp is truly lucky to have someone like her !!
