Today, I arrived for my 9:45 am appointment to have blood drawn for a full panel only to find my order was not in the office. Fortunately, last week I had my doctor's office also email it to me, and we worked through that. But that was not the biggest issue. Your dedicated and very polite employee, Comoria Crews, was the only one there. She was handling front desk duties, questions from those waiting, and drawing blood. All the while there was a waiting room full of older, physically challenged people who were unable to use the checkin kiosk for one reason or another. I have never been to Labcorp Farmville, having moved here from Richmond two years ago, so I do not have a comparison at this office. I felt so sorry for Ms. Crews, that I began helping those in the waiting room check in, after the waiters asked me to. I took care of three of them, while Ms. Crews could take others into the room to draw blood. I understand from Ms. Crews that it is normal to have only one person at that office. For Heavens Sake, how can one person do all of that? If Labcorp is going to have a motto: "To improve health and improve lives", then live up to that. I am horrified by my experience today! (I gave it one star because Ms. Crews was a wonderful technician)

Don't come here on Friday when Kiley works. Last Friday people were waiting multiple hours for a simple blood draw. This Friday I finally had time to wait and I waited for more than an hour and she couldn't even draw my blood. She marked up both my arms fishing around and was completely indifferent about it, talking about how rude it is that walk-ins show up too near her lunch. I had been waiting since like 11am though.
Per the people working there, there is no permanent FT person at this location anymore as they have all quit. Lately, it is usually only one employee doing check-in, sample log and all the draws. LabCorp is a disorganized mess and they have driven all the half decent people away.

Every single time I have come here the ladies have made me well cared for! They are all funny and kind hearted and if they don't know something they immediately find out the answer!
So thankful for this staff.

Terrible! The worst. Every person they had a problem with the doctor's orders. Staff unfriendly, one person trying to do everything. Checked and took over an hour

I was extremely nervous how my son would do with getting his blood drawn. I was dreading wait times with a toddler, worried myself to death on how he would do, overall I convinced myself I was going to have a bad experience. Lanelle changed my mind!! She was super nice, super quick, super efficient, interacted with my son, was very professional. I could not have had a better experience. 10/10. Hardly a wait time, I made the apt online. Very convenient location for me. If she's eligible for a raise and even if she's not give it to her! She is worth keeping for sure. If my son or my family need a labcorp I'm going to her!

Walk in service was fast, the nurse was friendly and nice and it was comfortable and clean. It was easy to find and I would recommend.

Cici was so helpful and kind. She helped me figure out how to order a test that I needed online. Even though the lobby was full, she was kind, helpful and professional with everyone. It was like going to Grandma’s for care. The main reason I hate having my blood drain is the tourniquet, she tied mine over my sweater so it was comfy. I didn’t even have to ask. I also didn’t feel the needle. What a pro. What a genuinely lovely person. Give that gal a raise!

Nice and knowledgable employees. 5 stars for them! But it is not possible to call and talk to a human if you have a question. Their phone number goes to recordings that tell you to go on-line for the things you want. But if you have a question that needs a PERSON to answer -- you have to walk into the office. Super inconvenient.
