After many self-initiated email communications with Diane, my sales lady, I sit here 5 months after ordering one slipcovered couch, and do not have an answer as to when it will be ready. I called today, spoke with Jennifer, the Sales Leader and explained my frustration. She had lots of excuses, and then eventually tracked down the sofa, and told me it’s finished today and being packed. Had I not initiated communication, I surely would not have heard from them. Fabric was late, process was slow . . . They dropped the ball completely and made absolutely no effort to handle it with any kind of customer service. They should take responsibility for mishandling the order and apologize rather than address me in a condescending manner. Not a favorable experience with these 2 sales people.

Not what I expected. Was led to believe it was solid wood. Some wood but also partical board and cardboard. Feel apart in the truck on the drive home. Will NOT buy from them again

Bought our entire bedroom set, living room chairs, and patio furniture here. You won’t find cheap stuff here as everything is quality, we are happy with everything we got. Barbara Scruggs was particularly helpful to us and helped us find what we needed even as they were about to close for the day. The delivery team was professional, quick and careful in our home which was appreciated.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Receptionist help, Glenda in rugs and Justin West in sofas were so incredibly insightful and helpful. Got quality items to treasure for a long time! Worth any drive! Beautiful lines of furniture too. ?
