First I wanted to rate this a 2 for the customer service and the work they did but they have it blocked where you can only rate a 4 or above...i too bought a creamed colored couch set off the floor I was given a small discount when it was delivered it was not wrapped in plastic nothing...i was upset but i let it go then what was suppose to be a Cali size bed came in the wrong size THEN THEY PUT THE BED TOGETHER INCORRECTLY CHIPPED THE FRAME WITH A NAIL..MY HUSBAND HAD TO KICK THE HELPER GUY OFF THE PROPERTY BECAUSE HE WAS OFFENDED AND WANTED TO FIGHT...The customer service stopped there..i still have the wrong bed in my room reg king and they tried to tell me that all they had to do was change to railing lmao..NEVER AGAIN... IM WAITING ON MY CALI KING AND NEVER GOT A FOLLOW UP CALL TO APOLOGIZE OR UPDATE ME ON THE STATUS FROM THE MANAGER ...

We got a new chair for r grandma there Friday. And it was on the floor gave a small discount on it for that. Had no box for it. And then we asked for plastic wrap to put on it. So we could put it in the van. They said no we dont have nothing.

Went back to DFS today and purchased a new adjustable mattress. Gonna love it and price and delivery were excellent. We have been dealing with Ernie for a few years and have always been happy. Thanks to Gwen also. Always good pricing and delivery. I recommend them highly.
