I would not recommend this dealer. They were less than truthful about available GM rates available which cost me almost $4000.00.
Only reason they get one star is because I can't give a zero!

We don't live in the area, but if we're in this part of the country, we have Davis GMC service our truck. They are friendly, efficiently run, and trustworthy. Their mechanic extraordinaire, Phillip, always does a super job repairing our odd problems, etc. Can't say enough good things about him and the nice people there! Highly recommend!

We have had a car there 3 times for the same issue. it has been there now for 3 months and still not fixed. They haven't looked at it for a month

I hate that I even took my vehicle to this place. After having my truck for 2 weeks (after a week, they claimed they fixed it, but I left it another week) and paying close to $2000, I picked my truck up and it ran the exact way it ran when I took it to them. My engine light was still on and the guy claimed it didnt come on once he drove it and I asked for air in my tires, they lied and never even added air in the 2 weeks it was there. I felt they are/were very dishonest with me. They also cracked my side dash panel while fixing my airbag and then when I called to report it, they made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Like i didnt know how my truck looked when i dropped it off. And to top it all off, my truck had a terrible odor in it and I really believe something got in or under my vehicle and died in it while they were tinking with my truck because it's unbearable...but of course nothing could be done.I wish I could give 0 stars. I highly would NOT recommend this place. Never again!! Do better!

Service department was painfully slow, it took way longer than it should have to even get the issue diagnosed, they kept promising it would be diagnosed by a certain day, I would call that day and sure enough they hadn't done anything with it. By the time they finally got it diagnosed and repaired it was a couple months worth of time. Not only that but the service manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me on the phone then hung up without me even being able to get a word in. When I called back to try and explain my side of things he "wasn't there anymore," even though it had only been a couple minutes, he was probably avoiding my phone call because he knew he was in the wrong I have never been treated so poorly by a car dealership, I work in fleet management and deal with hundreds of dealership across the country and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I will never use this dealership again and I would recommend everybody stay as far away from the service department as you possibly can.
