CVS pharmacy is a place where customers generally find reliable service and helpful staff. Many reviews mention that the pharmacy consistently stocks medications and provides vaccines such as flu, shingles, and COVID-19 shots, often with a friendly technician. The pharmacy staff, especially the pharmacist and his team, are praised for going above and beyond to ensure customers receive proper care, answering questions and making them feel comfortable. Despite busy times and staff shortages, employees try to treat customers with respect and dignity, even when arriving close to closing time. Some customers appreciate that they trust CVS more than other pharmacies like Walmart or Walgreens. However, there are occasional issues, such as delays in prescription filling and staff who seem overworked and tired. Customers note that communication could improve, especially with announcements and staff interactions. One negative point is witnessing staff being chastised in front of customers, which was viewed as inappropriate. Overall, CVS is seen as a dependable pharmacy with caring staff, but improvements in staffing, communication, and timely prescription services would make the experience even better.
Waited until 8:15 am and pharmacy never opened. Manager had no idea when it was going to open. Had to get to work so could not wait any longer. Find another pharmacy!!!

The rudest staff I have ever experienced. Too many notices taped to the drive-thru windows saying don't do this or don't do that or no service. So unprofessional at every point. This store needs a complete overhaul.
