Staff are super nice. Store is filthy and run down. Almost every light in men's section were off. Can't even see to shop 80% of men's section. Save time, go to Midlothian, Charlottesville or Lynchburg for better priced items.

I love Belk! It’s 1 of the remaining few brick & motor stores to actually shop! They have great sales and carry lots of name
Brand items. I just wish they had a location in Richmond, VA!
