Horrible branch with horrible service. I entered one day to get a cashier's check to give to my brother. They told me I couldn't access my money because there was no manager on duty to process the check!?!? So, I went to the Powhatan branch and the teller processed several checks for me without a manager. The ignorant and untrained staff at Farmville caused me to close my account and go to Wells Fargo.

Second time in the last month the ATM doesn’t work.This is not a reflection on the branch, but a HUGE complaint about the parent company. The customer service over the phone is ATROCIOUS. I have had 3 separate occasions of fraudulent transactions since it’s become Truist. Every time I call I have to give all my personal information to at least two different people who mangle the English language. I’ve spent hours on the phone in the last year trying to get my money right. I am absolutely insulted with the way I am treated as a customer.

My was was hacked. The fraud department blocked my card. I couldn’t get through, went to this branch and Christina was amazing. She was very professional and help me with everything I needed. Thank you Christina

My grandmother spent 20 minutes on hold trying to check her balance and no one would talk to her. They continuously told her to just check her online account to which we told them she did not have one. She's an older woman she doesnt know how to use that.

honestly its a hit or miss here. There are a few people who are great to work with, but others have no clue what they are doing. Also the account manager was very rude to my husband and i when we were wanting to open another account. She was basically trying to convince us to go somewhere else... That is not how you keep business.

I spent 30 minutes trying to withdraw $20 in the drive thru.
