I came in today to get my battery replaced and had the best customer service I’ve ever received at any autozone location I have visited. I forgot to ask his name but he’s a young gentleman who was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked questions. 10/10 he deserves a raise

My battery was dead and it was after 5 pm. I visited the store to get a battery and get it installed. The store was clean, neat, and inviting. I thought I should remember to come here in the future. I had a short wait. David M. assisted me. I got what I needed, good price, helpful folks, nice store. I recommend the place.

Get rid of the store manager, Catherine East, and you will have a 5 star store. The employees are great. She is not. She is rude and very unhelpful. We bought parts there many times a month for almost ayear, and she was always rude, but the last time topped it off when she was nasty about honoring a $5 reward I showed her. That stopped me from coming to the store.

The online system seems to consistently get things wrong but the guys here are great. Always get things straightened out and seem happy to help out.
