“This is a unique little store that sells mostly liquidation and overstock grocery items. It is run by a charming Christian family, including helpful, well behaved youngsters. Most items are bargain priced and not far out of date, if at all.”
“I'm country but studied in a professional rank, showed up in jeans-kiltie shoes & a white dress shirt...bought a load of tomatoes to bring home to make salsa stock baggies for the freezer.. Cost, $14.99.He slides ne back change.. a penny & a $10. Spot.. without thinking I say no- handing it back for tge right bill- a $5...Didn't think much about it initially but- he's a sharp fellow..He was sizing me up-I appreciate hus style..God Bless the Country Folks...??”
“Great barbecue, perhaps the best I've had of Lexington style barbecue, with huge piles of Q on the sandwiches, choice of red or white slaw, and both Eastern and Western NC style sauces. Open most Saturdays during the warmer months of the year. The antiques shop is also well worth a visit.”

“Typical Dollar General. FedEx drop location. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Everything you need from toiletries, shirts, crossword puzzles, balloons or just a drink and a candy bar. Public bathroom, just ask for the key. Tight isles from all the stock. Staff may be busy and not at the check out, just grunt out or cough loudly and someone will come help.”
“This is a great store in a pretty decent location. However, what is up with the parking lot? Getting to the parking lot off of 58 is ridiculous. You have to go all the way around the building down this wonky road to park. Whoever thought of that should have rethought it...”

“I can generally find everything I need here. And for the most part I get most of my items cheaper here than anywhere else. Meat is the exception to the rule on that but even that is cheaper than it is at Walmart!”
“As far as dollar generals go, this one is nicely kept and organized. I've seen some really poorly managed stores. One thing to keep an eye out for is the Best By dates on chips. I found multiple bags out of date here. Staff is good to pull them and are very friendly!”
“Great neighborhood grocery store. Very clean, stocked, and not too crowded which I love! Cashiers there are always friendly and get you rung up quickly. They also offer Food Lion ToGo which I use often, and they always do a great job!”
