If you want to pay full price for half the service then WM is for you! Enjoy all the benefits of paying every month while also taking trips to the dump because of missed pickups!Worried about missing pickups due to weather or holidays? Don’t be! They will resume regular pickup the next week. Thankfully during holidays and bad weather you don’t accumulate trash!Worried you won’t be able to get customer support? Don’t be! The customer service is so good they will actually terminate the chat before your issue is even resolved!

Non stop missed pick ups. I’ve been a customer for years. Every couple months they stop picking up the trash and I have to call and report it. Then they are good for a few months and stop coming again. This is the third week in a row of missed pickups.

they suck. dont go with them. they dont value your time. they kept me on hold for THREE hours just to tell me they couldn't service me anymore and cancelled my service the day before it was supposed to start.

Someone stole my trash container. Just like when my service started, it took 2 and a half weeks to get a replacement. I called multiple times. The third-party supplier to WM is worthless and not responsive. I never got a straight delivery time frame.Service: Trash removal & disposal

This company is very reasonable and professional. I was using A. Disposal even with a contract they were raising the monthly rate and it got to a point that they were charging me more than twice of a signed contract. I am glad I have switched to WM.

I started my service last week. This company was supposed to deliver my recycling and trash bin the week before my service the lady told me, but literally delivered both bins the day before my recycling day.Then comes the week of my service. Wednesday Recycling and Thursday is trash. Wednesday comes and they didn't pull my recycling. I called and was told they would come next week to get recycling. I was like okay. This company is not looking so good already and the service just started this week. Then Thursday comes, and they didn't pull my trash. It's Sunday as of writing this and they still haven't pulled neither my trash or recycling.I guess I'll cancel this company already and it's only been a week of me having them.Edit: Almost having them for almost a year, this trash service is still the worst. My recycling bin has been out front for 2 weeks now and they have not pulled it. They'll pull the trash, but not the recycling bin. I'll look for an alternative company

If I could leave zero stars, I most certainly would. I pay for service and no one comes and makes the pick ups. I've called several times and complained but they only have one complaint noted down in their system as of October 2021. Since you guys don't do your jobs I take my trash to landfill. So in the end I'm paying you guys for absolutely nothing. Crooks is what yall are including charging 75 bucks to pick up bins that you can't empty in the first place. Don't worry about picking them up. I'll deliver them right to your front door. How's that for service!Service: Trash removal & disposal

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst service providers I have encountered since moving here. Clearly, there is no communication between their office and dispatch. Case in point...I ordered a new service on or about June 9th. I was told that my trash bin and recycling would be delivered on 6/16/2022 and to place my trash on the curb for a Thursday pickup. Later, I received a call that my trash day was Tuesday (June 14th), and my bins would be delivered that day. Not only were my bins not delivered, but the trash was not picked up. Called again and was told that my pickup day was Thursday and to have my items out on that day (June 16th). Again, no pickup and no bins delivered. Called again and was told that next Thursday (June 23rd), I would receive my bins and put the trash out for pickup. On June 23rd, my bins were delivered, but they did not pick up the trash! Called again and was assured that my trash day was Tuesday and my items would be picked up. Tuesday, June 28th came and again, nothing was picked up.I called and spoke to a supervisor who said they would expedite the matter and that my trash would be picked up by noon today. In addition, they agreed to credit me for the days my trash was not picked up. However, I am not confident that the trash will be picked up based on previous experience.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Missed Monday trash pickup and Tuesday too. Called Tuesday and promised a Wednesday service. No show and so called again to be told Thursday. No show again today. Cancelled service and went with competition. Charged me $75 to collect cans at end of service. Anything to steal another buck from me.
