I have lived locally to this store for about 3 years now and the staff along with the ambiance is fantastic. There is a saying amongst us gas-stationers; treat your local gas station well. I used to frequent this gas station more often when I had a nicotine habit, that influenced me to go there every day.My wife and I regularly get their fantastically fried chicken (their fried catfish is my absolute favorite). Their deals on catering and a lunch tray are very affordable.The kitchen staff and store staff are amazing. They are incredibly polite and if you treat them well they always look out for you.This review is a reminder to be polite to retail and customer service staff. They are part of the backbone of our economy. Because guess what; you always need gas and convenience.

I go to Valero for the fried chicken deal. Well priced and tasty. The store could use a makeover. Especially the restrooms. Just because it's a gas station, doesn't mean it has to look like one.

A Quick in and out. Not the best looking but it gets the job done. Gas. 11:55 pm on a Sunday. We was almost got and could wait. So thankful they was open.

The employees were very friendly, kind \u0026 helpful. I was worried because I couldn't open my gas door. An associate came out to my car \u0026 opened it while I pulled the lever. She explained it's now 2 person operation. I was relieved to know the gas door wasn't broken. Today I propped it open with a CD. All thanks to her, young but brilliant!

The pumps are slow so it takes forever to fill up. The prices are usually higher here too.

I developed a flat tire on Richmond Hwy, and pulled into the Valero in the rain. At first, it seemed that the air pump was not working, so I went inside, and one of the attendants kindly came out in the rain with me, and helped with the air pump. Turns out I had a nail in my tire, and it was quickly losing air. The attendant was able to make recommendations for where I could go nearby to get a fix. I was really grateful for his help.

Where's Wawa!?!? No Gas at this Valero when I wanted to top off. Tried two pumps. There was a man at a third pump (on the other side of one of the pumps that I attempted) whose pump was also out of gas. Customer service is mediocre.
