Had a problem with a sim card tray stuck in a phone. I walked in and he took a look at my phone and resolved the issue quickly. Very personable guy. Only caveat is that please be aware that the shop is the size of a large closet to the right inside the front door of the Namaste market

Wow! Raju has the knowledge, skills, specialized tools, and experience to repair your mobile phone. Indeed, he quoted me a good price to replace the battery on an old but well-liked Android phone, on the next business day (since he had to order the battery; he has many more common ones on hand). After he skillfully and carefully installed it (straightforward for him, but I couldn’t have safely done the disassembly, especially with the fingerprint sensor), the phone wouldn’t recognize it: apparently the built-in circuit board of the new battery was bad. However, in an effort to solve the problem that day, he almost managed to connect my old battery’s circuit board; the remaining electrodes were just a bit too small to permit a solid connection. He said he could get a good replacement the next day, so I went back to visiting my wife at the nearby Inova hospital. To my shock, he called me there an hour later (well after his closing time) and said he’d been able to go get a replacement battery from his supplier, and my phone was ready for pick-up. Indeed, he offered to bring it to the hospital! I picked it up, and he refused to accept any additional payment beyond the price he’d quoted. Nice guy, too, and determined to satisfy his customer.

My mother's phone had a display problem. After reading the reviews, I took a chance on Zfix. I called prior and told him the model and the problem. He said he would order the part and I should come next day. He was very courteous and pleasant. I went next day and he told me the phone was 4G, not 5G... He asked if we wanted to leave the phone and pick it up next day, so we agreed...Next day, I picked up the phone and everything seemed fine. However, the phone started to act weird where it wouldn't charge or come on. I took it back and he tried to fix it. He would drive to Chantilly to pick up parts. After a while, he said the motherboard was bad, phone was ready for pickup, and offered my money back! Very honest!!

Huge recommend! I broke my iPhone screen and was able to bring it to Zfix and have a new one put on in 15 minutes. He added protector cover to the front and back without my ask, was so friendly and his rates were $50 cheaper than my first call. I think he's a newer business and hope to see him succeed.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say that Raju is an amazing and very professional about his work. I freaked out about my phone's broken camera lens, but he went above and beyond it all. I'll be coming back here for any future issues, and I do highly recommend his business.

Raju is a great guy. He quoted a fair price, took a look at my PC the same day, and (hopefully) solved the problem without having to replace any parts. He explained things in detail, and even identified an unrelated issue which he could have but didn't try to sell me service on. Since the job was so simple, he didn't even request payment, and he didn't request a review either. But I'm giving both because that kind of skill, professionalism, and honesty is priceless in any industry. I hope not to need more repairs, but if I do, this is the spot to go in the DMV

Great business and Raju is the man! It's located in the Indian market next door. Great value for the money and quick repair. Raj went above and beyond to fix my phone screen and even responded to emails over the weekend to make sure he ordered the correct part so it was ready when I dropped off my phone. Thank you!

Raju did a good job with my Acer laptop. I had a hard drive issue and he was able to get my computer running and saved all my files. It only took 3 hours and the price he charged was much less that a quote I received from a different place. Thank you again and I will come back if I ever have more computer troubles.
