Yared is one of the rudest people you can ever think of taking your business to. Please run far away from this uncivil, rude and angry individual. He is incompetent on how to communicate with people, easily raises his voice in a fit of anger and does not give you the time to ask questions. The only time he will be polite to you is when he runs your credit card through the machine and gets his payment. Don’t get SCAMMED by this guy. Yared does not deserve your business nor your time!!

This store is the worst. The guy behind the counter is worst person, very unprofessional and rude. You should read all the other bad comments and untalented services he gave to others before you think of going to this shop. He is the worst example of an Ethiopian person. He is rude, unprofessional AND A LIAR!!! The worst customer service. Stay away from this place. If I can give less than one star l would. The funny thing is one of his employee (female) told me that one of their customer comes every night and breaks the shop's door, so they always put a lock on their door all the time. And I new that when I asked why there was a lock key on their door on a daylight.. now I know why the man does it every night it's probably because he made him mad just the way he did to me today. He ruined my day and gave me a headache.

I know Yared very well. He is a remarkable and very talented person I ever know. He started fixing electronics since he was a teenager. I remember When we were kids, he got an interviewed on national TV which was the only TV station in the country during that time, for he was influential person for kids. When he got young adults age, he had a shop and was fixing Radios, TVs, watches ...so on. This is his gift from God, I believehe is doing what he love and following his vision. That's why he opened Yared Electronics and he is been successful for many years. I live in west coast but I have visited his shop when I visited East coast. I bought some staff from him, very reasonable price and I have seen good customer service. I really admire him for what he is doing. As I said, I have known him since he was kid, he is very patient, polite and hard working person. Keep up the good work Yared!

Never go here, this guy do not know basics of customer service. Very rude and bad attitude towards his fellow hahesha people . I wish I could give him 0 star if possible. I took my iPhone to have its screen replaced but he damaged it by replacing wrong screw; when asked what he did and to make things right he talks in a dismissive manner and provoke people to react and then insult its own customers. ይህንን እምታነብ ወገን ገንዘብህን ከፍለህ ለመሰደብ ካልፈለክ እዚህ ሱቅ ባትሄድ ይመረጣል:: ምንም ችሎታ የሌለው ዩቱዩብ እያየ ውድ ስልክህን እሚያበላሽ የለየለት አጭበርባሪ ነው!!

The technician is very talented I went to try to fix my i phone 7 couple of places but they couldn't do it. I came to this place he said it's software issue and he fixed at the same day without any problem. He knows his stuff very grateful.
