“I had taken my car in for a yearly check up and the mechanics there noticed that I had a nail in one tire and damage to another tire. Because I still has a warranty on my tires from BJs, I took my car there to see how much it would cost me to repair my tires.
When I arrived at BJs there was only one worker, Oumer, but they were busting their butt to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner. Oumer also showed care for me as a customer by testing the issues the previous mechanic had pointed out. And thank goodness he did because both of my tires ended up being completely fine! Another tire rep may have simply replaced the tires to be done with it.
BJs tire management -- Oumer is a great worker and I hope you know how lucky you are to have him! However, while I waited, several people commented on how the tire center often only has one employee there to service cars and tend to customers. This is unacceptable. Especially given the fact that people also drop into the tire center for propane. To make sure you don't burn your employees out, I'd recommend having at least two people present in the shop.”

They also have a decent selection of Korean instant ramen (which is really what gets them the 5 stars in my book, since I don't have to go all the way to a specialty store). The woman who helped us (I am so sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond for us when a few of the flowers I ordered were out of stock. She ending up going in the back and finding a great comparison that matched perfectly and still complimented the vision I had for my arrangements. “I never write bad reviews, this is the first time. Our restaurant has been ordering from them for the past ten years. They were great, until recent change of ownership. The new owner increased the minimum for delivery. Some of the items are $7-$10 more than other suppliers. Charging the same price for poorer quality. The new owner is very greedy.”

“I always love to visit Costco. Tire people told me that tire rotation and balance may take 5-6 hours as I don't have appointment. They are able to finish in 2 hours.”
“This review is for Costco Pharmacy mainly! I just want to thank the lovely ladies that helped me to get my Hepatitis B shot. First of all, very responsive over the phone about the timing for a Walk-in (since I didn't schedule an appointment). They helped me filing all the info and went over the 2 different Hepatitis B shots they have (a strong one of 2 dosages and the common one of 3 dosages!). They have a wide selection of vaccines for fair prices! (If you have a Costco card, definitely get an update of your vaccines here!) They were very gentle with me, specially the person who handled me with care the moment I got the shot, I'm terrified of needles (to a borderline fear). So I get extremely anxious and I can easily faint/shock. The only downside, is parking situation, it was really hard to get there with all the traffic! The clerk lady, helped my husband to get me a bottle of water because I did almost faint/pass out.”

“This is a good work place but I have witnessed the guy shouting and yelling at workers. He talks down to the younger African American guys. He himself is Nigerian or something I'm guessing but workers have been let go because they stood up to him and demanded respect. I'm sure the cooperate office would not approve of this. He definitely needs to be fired himself. It's a lot of discrimination within himself how he treats younger men & new workers. I witnessed it several times in the store”
“Have purchased tires for both of my vehicles from this location. For best service, order your tires online. You will be notified when they are in stock and then set your appointment. Again, for best service, recommend you get a 10 a.m. appointment time. Like any service (including physician offices) the later in the day, the more likely they will be running behind because unforeseen issues with someone else's car. Out the door prices cannot be beat, and service is NOT what Costco is best known for, though I have not had any issues with tires, appliance delivery or in store assistance when needed.”

“I have been coming to this location ever since it opened. Recently I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mitchell whom helped my sister and I load a bunch of cases of water to our car. I felt helpless because I’m pregnant and couldn’t help but he was kind enough to load all the waters for us. I had another pick up order today and again Mr. Mitchell helped me load everything to my car. He is an angel and I want his kindness and hard work to be recognized because we don’t get that too often nowadays. BJ’s, please give this kind man many raises because good employees like this are rare and hard to find! Sincerely, a very greatful future momma!”
