There was a Colombian girl, I don’t remember the name but she was very rude to me also she did not want to have me my own money that I have in the bank, she said that they din’t have a manager to authorize that amount of money and she laugh very unpolitely

Horrible customer service. Waited in line 40 minutes inside. Only one teller was helping customers. There were many other workers sitting at desk alone and a couple of employees beside the only working teller they were doing anything but helping customers. No attempt was made to acknowledge customers in line or open up another lane. There were 10 plus customers waiting in line. I left. And will find another company to bank with.

They waited us for 30 to 45 minutes and then said we don’t have time to open bank account. Come another day. Very unprofessional!!

It takes 25 minutes someone just to say “Hello” ! Only 1 teller to conduct with the customer !!! There’s 5 people who are working but they don’t even make eye contact with the customer !! Worst customer service ever get from Wells Fargo ! Very frustrating !!!

This branch is a lot better then before. The branch manager Elvis Castro helped me alot and answered all my questions and was fast. Will definitely come back. Thank you for the friendly service.

The past reviews are too outdated. I went into this bank today and all the staff were really friendly and willing to help. They take care of their customers and really give their best to make the user experience as best as it can be! Definitely check it out!-Special shoutout to the banker Jhon, he is really amazing at explaining and is keeping it direct, friendly and professional at the same time.

It has been very frustrating to deal with Wells Fargo Customer service in general. This particular branch don't even answer calls and all appointments are booked. I am closing my account today.

I should have looked this branch location reviews because I just had the worst experience with their agent. Waited 30 mins and was then told I can't be seen because they had another appointment at 2 pm, which there was no person there for this appointment. She should have told me when she saw me waiting there for 30 minutes instead of blowing me off after I waited all this time. Awful location, awful service. Super unprofessional. Stay away!

Incompetent employees. I went to cash a check and was told it was not a good check had to drive back to my employer to see what the problem was just to see that their employee put in the wrong account number went back waited over 30 mins bc only one teller inside and ended up leaving without my money
