Very poor customer service, I wanted to open an account, and after waiting for a long time, I asked the teller to inform them, and finally, even though the bank was completely empty, they told me that they didn't have time.

Unfortunately, it took me 30 minutes to terminate my checking account. I have no idea why it took so long, but wait, the story gets worse. I now am receiving weekly reports reflecting a zero balance. When I notified Wells of my frustration, I was informed that it would take 10 business days to address my problem. Just imagine! Draw your own conclusion.

I just left this location frustrated. I work in customer service and I like to provide an excellent service to my clients. First, no one acknowledged the client when they get in. Second, after I waited the manager show up and told me that the banker is off and they don't have personal who knows how to add a new beneficiary to do express send. They only have one teller, the manager, and one person in training helping clients in the platform. I think Wells Fargo has a different culture when it comes to client experience, something is going on but this kind of service does not belong to Wells Fargo. You need to hire professional people who can impact clients with their service. I was surprised that the manager does not have knowledge about express send... I think managers as a leader have to have some knowledge in case of emergency, especially if they are short staff. My perception was lack of knowledge. I feel sorry for this amazing bank.

9/23/22 On 9/20/22 I stopped by this bank for the first time. I have seen people coming in and out of this place for years since I moved to Virginia. To think this use to be a Wachovia Bank at one point in time. Yes, a name many people might have forgotten. The bank wasn't very busy when I arrived. I was pressed for time due to my break ending, but I had to see if this bank had credit card sleeves/protectors. One woman was doing something Anna here teller window was closed. The other teller was counting money for a customer. The one person ahead of me had something going on and taking to much time. Again, I was pressed for time. The office had a unhidden office space while the other office spaces had walls around them for more privacy. This was on the left hand side. Chairs for the more serious matters than depositing or withdrawing money are on the right hand side. The man and teller were still going about their business and I was running short on time. All of a sudden Princess Leia and I suspected she might be able to help seeing how strong the force is with her. Leia...I mean Princess Leia, did not seem to to understand what Credit Sleeves/Protectors were so her quick answer to me is big fat no. Pitty, several other banks...no... financial institutions did not have these items either. Looks like I will order off of Amazon.
