Today I visited this store and there was 1 man and a woman who helped me. The man, I don't know what his name is, was going to make a purchase and I wanted to use some catalinas, and he told me that I couldn't receive them because they were going to scold him if they weren't going to receive them for They give them, Walgreens has to train its cashiers better

This Walgreens is the best pharmacy I have found near Falls Church. Well staffed with competent people. It’s nice and big and bright inside. Has a drive through, and lots of parking.

Lackadaisical pharmacy staff. Don't expect them to respect your time.I got a call asking if I would come in ahead of my appointment time for my COVID shot. I had filled out all the paperwork online. It wasn't convenient but sounded like I'd be in and out.Arrived to see 3 people filling out paperwork. I checked in, letting the young woman know that I'd been called in. Everything was in order.And... I was stuck at the end of the line. I didn't have 45 minutes to wait.

Pharmacy staff on duty today is worthless. Called at 12:51 on my way home, sat on hold the entire drive home and stopped by here, walked right up to the completely empty counter (while still on hold) saw then resume and put the call back on hold and interrupted them talking about their lunch plans to ask about my medication (STILL ON HOLD), and they checked and told me they didn't have my medication. They did however place my order under billed status so when I transfered it to another pharmacy they couldn't charge my insurance company. I am now sitting at the other pharmacy on hold (at the 17 minute mark).Holy this staff is worthless.

I just now got 2 vaccinations at this Walgreens. The staff were very efficient, friendly, and kind. I was also impressed with how clean the store is. (Not something I usually notice.) Quite a good experience.

Most pharmacies have negative reviews and I try to ignore them, especially when front of house staff is great. However I called after getting a recommendation from another pharmacy, but my prescription is a controlled substance. After saying he couldn't find me in the system at all (a blatant lie, I can see my info and prescription in app) he informs me my prescription is a controlled substance and just hangs up. Completely awful demeanor since first answering the phone. I understand all jobs are demanding, but I'm just trying to get my medication!!!!!!

Manager on-site today waited and watched while I put my purchases in my own bag. Did not offer to help me. I came home to find I had left a bag of dog food on the counter. I have a disability so it takes me a bit of time to get everything in my car. The manager could have easily come out with my missed purchase. Annoyed that I did not get her name!!

Very clean and newer store that's busy and the parking can be tough even though that lot is pretty large. The staff is really friendly but it's too bad they don't have self-checkout since having to wait in line can be annoying. Never had a prescription filled here so not about the pharmacy.

Desperately in need of a prescription medicine for kid. CVS didnt had it. Fortunately this Walgreens had it and I’m relieved.

Went in for my booster shot and the Pharmacist and technician were excellent! They were very friendly, professional, and the wait wasn't long. Hope Walgreens takes notice!
