I recently visited City Value Furniture to purchase some items, and the deal initially seemed good. The dealer assured us that we could finance the purchase with 3 years of no interest, and there was no need to pay off the balance immediately. However, after 12 months, we were unexpectedly charged a 34% interest rate. Unfortunately, no one from the store is available to address this issue. Please be cautious when considering this dealer.

Genet at the VCF Falls Church VA location is a great consultant and took her time to take us around and helped us with selections. 5/5 stars.
As a repeat customer, I am happy that VCF maintains top quality as we saw in 2012 when we bought our last set.

From the moment I walked in, Jemse was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and provided great recommendations without being pushy. Ordered a couch from Value City Furniture. Have been making payments for months now, and they have failed to deliver it. Delivery has been delayed four times now. Do not buy from here, they don't actually have the items they are selling. When I reached out to customer service (Kayla R.) their response was to go in store and see if I could find something else, and that months of delays was normal for them.

If I could give 1000 stars I sure would. Our Sales lady Genet T. was AMAZING very knowledgeable and professional we purchased our dream furniture set with her today. Shay at the check desk was patient and very helpful. She answered all of our questions and concerns efficiently. Her customer service was above and beyond. DEFINITELY 10/10 would recommend Value City Furniture to Anyone !!!

Last Thursday, I decided I needed a new couch and knew just the place. When I walked into Value City Furniture, it smelled new and fresh, but neither here nor there. I walked past all of these beautiful couches and went straight to the back to the clerance, where there were plenty of good couches, tables, and chairs. If you want high-quality products, this is the place to go.
