Val’s Collision is hands down the BEST auto body repair shop I have done business with in the DMV. The level of care that I received from start to finish from Eddie and the staff at the shop was impeccable! Eddie is truly one of a kind in this industry, as he was transparent, honest and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I understood and was satisfied with the repair process…. The repairs to my vehicle were flawless and my truck was like brand new! In addition, they got me back on the road within a reasonable timeframe. I was truly impressed with the overall experience and I highly recommend using Val’s Collision as they not only care about your vehicle, but they also care about you and your families safety and well being!

This review is a bit late but well deserved. I had my SUV repaired at Val Collision and I highly recommend this business. The customer service was second to none. The owner Eddie is honest and trustworthy, I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service.

The service I received from Val Collision far exceeds any other service I have received from a collision center. The staff and the owner, Eddie, were all very helpful and honest. I brought my Range Rover Sport to fix bumper damage due to a collision. Eddie was very professional, responsive and prompt from the time I called him for a quote till the day the vehicle was delivered. He did his due diligence for the repairs and negotiated with insurance to get approval for all the repairs required to get my car back to the state before collision. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what is needed for the repairs. He honored my timeline requirements for the repairs and expedited the parts delivery to get the car back to me as agreed upon. Finally, he surprised me with a fully detailed car that made me feel nice and special. Glad that I found Eddie and Val Collision Center to get my car fixed!! Thank you Eddie!!
I would gladly recommend Eddie for any bodywork needs!!

Eddie and his team did a great job with sealing my new car it’s protected it from the weather and any paint detonation from bird poop and such. They are always quick with providing quality work.
Overall, Val Collision Center provides excellent service with a personal touch. Their commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction is evident, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable car repairs or work.

They work really hard to meet the best service quality and they achieve it. Many thanks to Eddie, Jennifer and all of the staff at Val Collision to provide such a great service. We visited after our car was in a minor front bender accident and Eddie really helped us figure out the next steps and the process. Eddie is excellent at what he does.
