We made an appointment here for a new passport. We had all the supporting information with us and the forms filled out ahead of time and everything. We showed up 10 minutes early as they recommend. After only a few minutes, they processed everything super quickly, knew exactly what they were doing, and we got out of there before our appointment was even supposed to start! Excellent service and I recommend this location for any passport stuff in the area over other local post offices. We appreciate it!

The man with a wired mustache doesn’t provide the expected service, if you have a usps return sticker on your phone he sends you outside to print it out, but the sad part is if you have blue eyes, they he voluntarily asks if you need anything.

I have lost 4 packages in the past 3 months because this office that distributes my mail delivers my packages to the wrong mailboxes in my condo building. USPS customer assistance does absolutely nothing to help. Totally unacceptable. I'm now out 4 packages that went to other mailboxes and are now stolen/thrown out. I have completely lost my trust in USPS and will no longer be shipping or mailing through them.

The worst Post off brunch ever,
I set an appointment for my passport, wait for for 2 weeks, as soon as I walk in they said the person who do the passport Application is not available, just waste my time, the stuff is rude not helpful at all. I wish I could give zero star.

Danielle was very nice and helpful during my passport appointment. She was very knowledgeable of all steps of the process and created my first positive experience at a post office in my life. While I was there, I noticed that Noel and the other employee (I didn’t see his name) in the post office also sounded very pleasant and helpful while servicing other customers. Overall, this post office seemed very clean, organized and everyone there seemed to have positive energy and attitude. I could feel the good energy right from the door. I was looking a little bit confused when I entered and Noel immediately noticed and orientated me even though he was servicing other customer and there was a line of people waiting to be serviced. This is the first time I actually walk in a post office where the employees are attentive and not rude, grumpy or unhelpful. I was impressed, and decided to always use this post office in future even though it’s a little longer trip for me. I truly hope these employees are appreciated, treated and paid well, so we can have some nice people at the post office for a change.

To the postal service associate working the front desk on the afternoon of Saturday Jan 20th - thank you. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name, but you were so kind and understanding when I asked if I could get my wedding invitations hand-canceled and you agreed - I know it’s not a fun undertaking. I expected to have to go to many more locations than I did and possibly not succeed at all. You really made my day and honestly week/month, and took a huge weight off my shoulders finally getting them mailed. I think you also have a magic touch because they started getting delivered locally less than 48 hours later when I expected a 5 day minimum.I just wanted to make sure to share my thanks. The customer service is horrible and everyone’s goal is to be as unhelpful and rude as possible.. the information on the website is inaccurate and they don’t pick up the phone to verify or answer any questions so coming here is always a waste of time.
