I order OPI colors last September. I haven’t got anything yet. when I called them, They just gave me online team phone number. So I called again, they took my phone number but they never answered me back!! If you want to donate your money, Go use the online purchase. Such a horrible customer service!!!!!!

Their online service is terrible I have ordered a couple of times they always send me the wrong item. Called them you will never get an answer. They don't even try to solve the problem.

Terrible place, do not go there. They are supposed to be open until 7pm, but the door was closed at 6:40. The women looked at me, shook her head and looked away, and went back to do nothing. They are always rude, never want to help, if you want to buy something it’s difficult to find someone, because all of them are either eating, using their phone or standing in a group talking. If you are looking for a place there is a great nail store in Woodbridge, where they help and they have fix prices (not different any time when you ask an employee) and most importantly they treat you with respect! 0 stars if I could.

Very very bad service. Polish are old inconsistent and not cheap. No one has good customer service. The young girl there always has some kind of attitude (everyone did but her especially ). Everything has different price and “policy” depending who checks you out. They make me feel uncomfortable going there every time i go. Will not return again and bring them my business.

Rude employees, price changes depending what race/color you are, same with the amount you can charge on a cc or not some days its $5 some days $10 some $20. Shady.

USED to have Good service.Now $30 minimum on cards, used to be $15. ALSO charge 4% on all Visa and Mastercard payments on top of VA sales tax. Part of owning a business is paying YOUR business fees not me! Won’t be back! Drive an hour + to come here. See ya!
