dirty, disorganized, chaotic, super rude + unhelpful register staff. outside of poor customer service, felt sketchy because no prices on anything in store + didn’t feel comfortable/secure swiping my card in a machine here.

Rude employees, price changes depending what race/color you are, same with the amount you can charge on a cc or not some days its $5 some days $10 some $20. Shady.

I purchased the wrong wax refill so came back to exchange it for another. The lady refused me based first it had no seal, but that’s how i bought it. Unfortunately, because of the hot weather, I flipped in the car and some spilled out. I wish I could find the receipt. Especially, now that I know they sold me a used wax refill. won’t buy from here again.

I won’t be returning to this establishment.I walked in, I felt like a complete alien. Like they were trying to figure out what they were looking at. LolAfter a while one of the men working asked what I was looking for and handed it to me. I kept browsing the gel polish and a Latino greeted me in Spanish and was very attentive ( I am also Latina)Time to pay- again looking at me like I was weirdo. A lady at the counter says something to a person behind me. I guess that person behind me she was talking to came up and started poking me in the arm to get my attention.That’s when my Latino dude came in and rang me up. If he wasn’t there I would have left sooner.Anyway buyer beware. Unless you’re looking for a very awkward experience lol.

Yesterday someone bought for me the gel lamp, I want gel lamp is sold out, today I checked online they have that I want, and I called them, I said want to return, or I can change other gel lamp, they're said no for return, also I said is bought for yesterday only one day, they still said no for return, In the between conversation they said f*** me in Vietnamese. I very nicely tell to them.No reason. I still don't understand including 30day no for return.
