Dropped off prepaid envelopes with labels attached to them already, for my company. Sales associate Ashton took over 15 min trying to figure out what to do with them when all I needed was a receipt with tracking numbers. After over 15 min keep on scanning same label over and over and laughing at it she eventually gave up and turned out. I had to ask one of her associates to step in and help out because we were not going anywhere. He was kind enough to fix the problem but Ashton was unprofessional and clearly did not know what she was doing.

I’ve never had an issue here. Staff are friendly and service is quick. Make sure to pre-package if your return requires it, otherwise you’ll be charged to use boxes in UPS’ stock.

I dropped a box with PII documents at this location to be purged, but their PII bin was full. A cashier told me to give him the box to shred the docs later. I had an appointment coming up and fell for it. Soon afterwards, I started having fraud issues with credit cards, etc. Beware of this scam and dishonest employees.

Customer service is lacking and they charge you to tape up a package even though the return says you can bring it un box to UPS

I was helped by Alex the store manager today 3/5/24. He was professional, knowledgeable, extremely proficient, and friendly all while managing a very busy store. Went to UPS for notary and scanning purposes. There was only one employee at the time and very many customers. The employee did a wonderful job managing everybody’s needs all at once, and I am very grateful! Definitely recommend!
