Brought an Amazon return per instructions from Amazon. This store refused to accept it because it wasn’t taped up. They wouldn’t even give me a piece of tape. Obviously they don’t want to provide this service and don’t want the opportunity to earn new costumers. Terrible choice and treatment to not even provide a simple piece of tape.

It is a convenient store and the staff are very nice. Sahil Shinwari was very helpful in my sending multiple items via UPS to a location across the country. I recommend this UPS store highly.

Dropped by for 5 minutes to return a package, and it was a breeze. Sahil at the front desk was very friendly, and his manager, Haris, made the process quick and painless. I was in a rush, and even while the store was busy they very promptly took care of my request and even offered advice for future returns. Definitely will come back again, tysm!

TERRIBLE experience! It cost me $500 to ship a large case with Tradeshow materials to Florida back in November 2023. The case got lost and never arrived. After the corporate team found it (in southern Virginia) the show was long over and so the corporate team shipped it back to our company’s HQ on the West Coast. I spoke with corporate about a refund as we spent $500 for shipping and insurance and it never arrived to the destination. They said that this UPS store is a franchise so all refunds need to come from the store owner. I went in and they said that I would have a check for the refund arrive in a few weeks. This all happened last November! It’s now June and they haven’t answered my emails or provided any information regarding why we haven’t been refunded for this order yet. It is very frustrating trying to work with their team! If you ever have an issue with a shipment here, don’t expect to EVER get your money back (even with insurance) when they lose your order that expedite. Better to take all of your business to either the FedEx or USPS 30 seconds down the street.
