I came to this store to drop off Amazon packages. There was quite a line, and that was not alleviated because one of the workers, a bald black man with a grey beard, was just playing on his phone. When I finally got to the front I showed him my code and he told me I had to pay for my return’s packaging. I told him repeatedly that Amazon said the returns were free. He told me to reopen my screen and it was completely different than it was before. I’m convinced he just changed the settings from his computer while my phone refreshed. He told me to blame Amazon. Seriously! Amazon is perhaps the greatest thing since sliced bread. Mar and Ben are very rude as well. Ben even charged me $5 for a small white bag. I certainly won’t be providing this store any more business, and I may report this location’s scamming practices to Amazon.

I finally admitted it, I have a shopping addiction. Especially on Amazon I know I should delete the app, but I’m not going to, but I digress. So since I buy lots of things on Amazon, I do have some returns. This is the place. I always go to return them. The people that work there also seem like friends to me weirdly enough. They knew me before I was pregnant all through my pregnancy and since I’ve had my baby, he’s almost 10 months nowreturning packages lol also, I got really cool. Peanuts stamps for Christmas from there one year. I haven’t seen them back since so I guess it’s a collectors item now I’m glad I didn’t use them.

This store is so weird the staff is rude and act like they don’t want to do their job . You walk in and don’t get greeted and then have to deal with them being passive aggressive . Creeps

The worst place I have ever done business with. They lost my package and they didn't even try to help!!! Horrible customer service! Claim was placed and they couldn't find my package. I called customer service and they told me that they couldn't help me. I asked if they have a camera in the store, and they hanged up on me. Never again! Will never recommend this place!

I've been using this location for years. Sure, it gets busy and I sometimes have to wait a bit, but Bert and his team have never been anything but polite, efficient, and helpful. They're also honest about if it would be less expensive to ship a package with a different carrier. I've used their notary service, and that went very smoothly. I also appreciate the easy parking and convenient location - having Home Depot, Giant, Michaels, USPS, Barnes and Noble, etc. all in one place really helps me knock out a bunch of errands at once.

Very rude staff .. never going to this UPS location again. Customer Service staff should know how to speak with customers. Either the store manager likes rude staff or they think their staff are allowed to be rude to their customers! Regardless, never going in to this store ever again .. I will happily drive another 20 minutes to a store that has decent representatives. Never going back to this store again.

0 ⭐️ This store has rude and lazy people who don’t want to their job. Amazon clearly says ups will pack label and ship and I showed it to the guy but they don’t want to take my returns. Never had any issues in any other store. I won’t even give them my printing jobs

Rude, flippant attitude. Bert huge vhip on his shoulder, joked about stealing the packages, completely unprofessional. "Don't worry you bought insurance" never go here. I will drive to DC, shirlington, or anywhere else to avoid this pathetic excuse for a store, steer clear!
