I use to love this place in high school and still love how huge this place is. But now it’s so overpriced and crowded all the time. And today was the last straw, was going through kids clothes and saw a GIANT BUG crawling all over the clothes, absolutely disgusting, I don’t think I can come back again.

My go-to thrifting spot. The selection is HUGE and the prices are generally fair. They've definitely gone up in recent years but unfortunately that's the case just about everywhere! I come away from every trip with multiple great finds, though, so I can't complain.

I’ve been going to Unique for over 10 years now and I’ve found some absolute gems here. The only problem is that I’ve noticed the prices continue to rise, now most things being as expensive, if not more expensive, than buying something brand new. For an organization that receives donated goods and that preaches sustainability, prices at a thrift store should be ACCESSIBLE. So my tip is always go on either Monday (for everyone) or Thursday (for super savers club members) for the extra 25%. Really disappointed at how greedy this location has gotten but still giving it 4 stars because the selection is massive. Really hope they start price things more reasonably.

. Prices have risen tremendously, there is an Indian lady manager very rude and not flexible with the customer.after all it’s thrifts store you shouldn’t be hard on people. Veteran day you must show an ID senior citizen day you must show ID. No fitting room. And very tired merchandise.

BUYER BEWARE: This Unique thrift store is using exploitative pricing practices. Items that were priced at the retailer they were originally sold at, are now consistently going for at least 2 to 3 times (if not more) than the original asking price. We're talking about (many times) decades old, damaged and/or dirty items being priced WAY above what they are actually valued. This store is likely banking off the fact that a lot of people either don't know any better, or that the sheer volume of customers this location gets, will offset all the lost sales from customers who see right through the b.s. pricing system. Don't reward this store for price gouging YOU, do yourself a favor and SHOP ELSEWHERE. Help this Unique thrift store feel the pinch they've been putting their customers under for a long time now, and stop coming. Remember, this is a **THRIFT** store, not an upscale retailer selling brand new merchandise. It's important they are reminded of that.

I've been shopping to this store in Falls Church, Va in more than a decade now. I am an honest to goodness buyer and never steal even a single thing in my life. In one turn of event and without any knowledge here comes this manager named Jude would accused you of not paying one item. My receipt tells all but no apology after seeing it from his very own eyes. Just so shameful also that he would instruct the employees to keep an eye to certain costumers and thought they are a culprit. Thats not good at all. Totally unprofessional, mis-management and so savage! Everybody knows that shoplifting is a crime, but defamation is a crime also. You can review your camera and do not sleep watching if who does this or not but do not ran over to someone just for accusations and without any proof or maybe just in the MIND! As a manager he should give a positive feedback to employees instead of negative thought because all costumers deserve a proper and positive treatment. No wonder this store overall reviews are low. As one of the residents in this neighborhood, repeat buyer and constant donor to this community thrift please give your judgement to who deserves it!

The prices are ridiculous now! This place used to be a gem. Now a days I can hardly find anything and whatever I do is overpriced for USED products or clothing! I just seen a tv stand for $800!!! Idc what type of wood it is! It’s used! The drawers are stuck shut! It’s sticky and old! $800!!!! HN!

I used to go and everything was incredible but now I don't know what's happening. Prices have risen absurdly. I'm not lying, I can find it on discount but new in stores and at the same price. I don't know what you're thinking now... it's a second-hand store and the people we go to are always hoping to find reasonable prices but now it's very expensive. Never again there
