Been waiting for almost a week to get my light fixed. I basically can’t use my storage after 5 PM. Because nothing is visible. Called and they told me they sent a ticket and they told me someone else been waiting almost a year to get his light fix.

Clean and well kept storage facility. Because of greed, the storage fees are getting way too high and nothing has changed or been newly added.

This place is the best! Lucy at the front desk is so helpful in picking out the best sized unit and always makes it easy when you have any questions! They make moving so much easier! With spacious storage units and big elevators!

I rented 3 storage units with a variety of sizes and the units were clean with a good price. I compared price and availability with Extra Space Public Storage all 3 within 1 mile of each other. The facility has good security with a gate and key code access to the main storage facility. Staff is professional and friendly. I have checked out of the 3 units, the checkout process was easy. I wish the bathroom was not locked 24/7. During business hours the key is in the office and available but in off hours the key is still in the office which means paid customers better not need to use the bathroom. Locked even before COVID-19. Everyone entering the building is by key code only therefore they could ID the customer who soiled the bathroom.

This UStore facility was really nice to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The move-in and move-out processes were easy. The facility was clean. They have plenty of carts of people to use. I would use them again.

I have been storing my furniture, books, etc. at the Seminary Road location for over twenty years. Lucy, the manager, has been extremely professional, helpful, and flexible throughout the years.

I rented 3 storage units and the units are clean and they have a good size variety. The facility has good security with a gate and key code access to the main storage facility. I wish the bathroom was not locked 25/7. During business hours the key is in the office and available but in off hours the key is still in the office which means paid customers better not need to use the bathroom. Locked even before COVID-19. Everyone entering the building is by key code only therefore they could ID the customer who soiled the bathroom.
