Issue: Trailer hitch lights (under warranty) were not signaling from initial wiring done in Charlotte. Called UHall customer service, scheduled the appt with Bill (General Mgr) at the Falls Church location, appt was as scheduled, Mr. Robert troubleshot the issue,, explained what he needed and do and did the rewiring work (very polite and considerate).All associates that I encountered (5 in total) were professional and cordial. Thank You.

Customer service here was horrible. Multiple people kept waiting for no reason and repeatedly told in a rude manner to go to the app which was not functioning at all. It took me more than an hour to walk out with the keys to the vehicle I had rented. Moreover, this was not the location I had requested a rental from and the fact that the company charged me extra mileage to go here is absurd. I will avoid using U-Haul and this location at all costs from now on. and will tell everyone the same. Finally, my dispute of the extra mileage charge was ignored.

The worst uhaul ever!! I rented the trailer and equipment. I was told I am good to go. After I arrived at the destination and opened the trailer, guess what no equipment that I paid for. Is it that hard to do 2 things- connect the trailer and put in rented equipment. By the way the front desk lady- extremely rood!!

Had a very unpleasant interaction with Jada at this location. Was very rude and condescending. Was apparently very upset that she was called into work that day and took it out on numerous customers.

The new checking system using the phone is poor; if there is an issue, the people there say they can't help. I had a business need for a rental, and it took over 20 minutes to check-in. I asked if I could provide my license and have the guy working there check me in, but he said no, I had to do it on my phone. Overall, the service and attitude were poor from beginning to end. I'm unsure if this is a new Uhaul policy, but it isn't saving anyone time. People should have the option to either proceed with a clerk or mobile.

Be aware of this location , I was trying to rent a trailer for one way trip online said $315 I was next door to them I tried to skip the online and save time for there and upon inquiring on the same product they quoted me $700 for the same exact trip , what happen to honesty and customer service , I asked again please double check as I am a regular customer of Uhaul in Atlanta and I always get the same thing for few dollars per day , still very argumentative and impertinent. And I will leave another review ounce I get back home with Uhaul. Com

This review is for U-Haul in general. Your check-in through the phone is stupid af. Definitely not user friendly and ask for the same Information multiple times. Additionally, the process is way slower than they promoted.

The first time I went here, I got in and out in fifteen minutes with everything I needed.The second time I went here, I was waiting for an hour before I could get my rental equipment.The difference between them was that the second time, the U-Haul app was mandatory for all transactions. I watched a couple snap at the rep because they couldn't get the app to work, or it was being unintuitive, or they couldn't tell what they needed to do to continue with getting their rental equipment. At the end, they agreed to never use U-Haul again.If I have to use the app to get what I need instead of talking to somebody trained to help me get what I need, I probably won't come back either
